Okay, this was from 21/01/2016, back when I was still hOP. Not quite sure why this wasn't posted up here before; I only noticed that the IP here matches that of EverythingIsFine today. Sorry about that.

In any case: chap under the nick of "helpsomeoneelse" dropped in on #site17, was particularly incoherent. As far as I can tell, apparently they want us to take some action against a blogspot site that allegedly contains child porn? And is also a malicious botnet?

My fault. I chose not to log it at the time. After fully reading the Something Awful thread, I came to the conclusion that the user was pretty clearly not trolling or roleplaying, but experiencing serious mental illness (I shouldn't have been flippant about "psychotic break").

I didn't want them dogpiled and I didn't think they'd be back given their reason for joining. Looks like I was wrong.

To give a better explanation of what they're talking about: they believe a furry erotica site is secretly trying to brainwash people into becoming pedophile rapists, and they were trying to get any community they like to Do Something about this. (This appears to be the "malicious botnet" mentioned in the linked thread; they also made accusations of using unknown means to store child porn on peoples' computers.)

There is absolutely no basis for this whatsoever. And to be honest, this looks like stalking and harassment of said furry erotica site, albeit apparently failed because of the person's surreal presentation.

Anyway, this person appears to be genuine (not roleplaying), but that isn't a license to be disruptive.
