Skrappo (W: 73 days, S: 68 days) has posted a significant number of pages to the site, which have all reached deletion. (stormfallen has sent 15 deletion PMs to the user). They also posted a tale which plagiarizes from a popular show.

Given their repeated behavior, and seeming unlikelihood to change course soon, I would suggest we revoke their membership.

Re-applied multiple times (two apps rejected for not meeting criteria), rejoined site today.

User has continued to coldpost, making three articles which reached deletion range, with the latest being SCP-173 Anomalous Report. Seeing as they still do not understand the posting procedure of the site after a revoke, I would suggest a short ban. I'd support a duration of a week.
