Disciplinary - Jerden
On 6/20/22 an edit to the site's main theme was made without approval or authorization from the responsible team. While this act was in no way malicious, it does demonstrate a worrisome disregard for the impact this type of change could have had, as well as a disregard for established responsibilities and safety mechanisms within staff. After a review of the facts, and this being the first occurrence of such conduct, the Disciplinary Team is logging this as a Warning and feedback has been directed through their Team Captain.
