Noting for records-keeping that Dr_Bluespot, now
Dr Spectere (initially thought to be a sockpuppet of the permabanned user noted above), sent me a PM on January 6 2022:
Hiya I am not sure if you remember me but last year I had you leave some feedback on my hunter cubes project, I have learned a lot about writing and life since then and planning on doing some major overhauls to it soon, when I am finished with these I was wondering if you would take the time to leave some feedback on my project.
PS: In the past in my interactions with admins/flight squad/ Butterfly squad members I have been very rude and ignorant of certain events, since then I have been through, and learned, a lot so I solemnly apologize for my past behavior. Realistically I had stuck my head in events I had no knowledge of and nearly got myself shadow banned in the process, and did a lot of damage to any reputation I may of had, so nearly a year later I sincerely apologize for my actions.
For Zyn: While this specific message has been sent to a few people I had reached out to for feedback, this part is exclusively for you, regarding my past behavior.
Affirmation: Regarding your feedback on v8, While I did reach out to other parties for feedback on the hunter cube project (other butterfly squad members) this project has been written entirely by me and me alone, and to that extent I was hesitant and bad at taking feedback, just like other aspects of my life I have always been hesitant to take feedback and ask for help, although as stated I have learned a lot since that point, and I hoping when I finish my newest iteration (has big overhauls) I hope I can happily see that some of your old callouts of my behavior and writing style have been fixed.
My Behavior: As prior stated my behavior was not commendable and very immature of a aspiring scp author, while others had there time wasted at my hand you had it the worst, with my constant backlash of toxic snipes and "apologies". This behavior is the type that damages potential future relationships, if I ever want a place within the foundation these basic connections are essential to any degree of success. And for this I apologize.
Feedback: During the phase-1 writing of hunter cubes (v0-v9) I was completely unable to take feedback and often responded with unjustified backlash, I felt that it would stray my idea away from the original concept. But upon much thought I couldn't have been more wrong, this is a community where we work together to not only grow as people, but to improve our writing through feedback. The way I acted about this would defeat the whole point of my writing and me trying to be in the foundation as a whole.
In fact my whole life I have always been hesitant to ask for help or take feedback out of a misguided sense of "honor", although a recent lesson has taught me the hard way that this way of living would only dig my own grave. However this does not justify my past actions, the only way to ever even try to fix those is to prove myself with improved behavior and writing and feedback skills.
Sticking my head where It didn't belong: Intervening on behalf of the user that was in suspicion (Im sure you remember this) was stupid on hundreds of different levels. As I said I risked a shadowban and convinced a few admins that I was a puppet account (which I am not) to try and get him out of the mess. I had no clue about the situation or past behaviors of his and should have kept well out of it.
Addendum: I hope some of this message gives you affirmation that I indeed have learned a lot and grown a lot as a person, if possible if you are in contact with any of the admins priorly involved in this event I hope you can share the latter half of this message with them.
I sent back:

It depends on what I am being asked to review. I don't give preemptive promises to critique material if I don't have an idea of the amount of time I would need to commit to writing said critique, or if there's content I don't feel comfortable reviewing. You can definitely send me a link to a thread with your revisions and a request for a critique; please note that due to IRL commitments I don't take review requests on Mondays or Tuesdays.

I appreciate your mindfulness and your taking the time to write this message for me. To confirm, have you sent a similar apology to the other reviewers in the thread? There was at least one reviewer who gave you multiple reviews; I shouldn't receive any special treatment over them or anyone else who volunteered their time for your material. (This isn't an order or an accusation, to be clear: I just want to make sure that you're building the bridges back with everyone, not just the worst case.)
if possible if you are in contact with any of the admins priorly involved in this event I hope you can share the latter half of this message with them.
I will post the content of the message to the staff records site.
ETA: noting that I received two replies, about 8 minutes apart. I did not respond to either.
I have emailed at least 3 other of my former critiques about this subject.
Also regarding your saying you want to know more specifics for how long it will take I should have specified that to begin with, the overall premise of the story will remain the same but a lot of storyline tweaking and rewording needs to be done, I feel this is inadequate information but until I take a chance to look at it and compare it to my other works I really can't be sure, thank you for your time and forgiving me :)
As of recently, they've started posting long critique posts with overly positive (and kind of misleading) feedback, particularly with regards to praising authors for mention of minutiae detail and arbitrary statistics (examples here: http://scp-wiki.wikidot.com/forum/t-14445302/seeking-greenlights-neglect#post-5175408 and here: http://scp-wiki.wikidot.com/forum/t-14434612/can-you-fix-it-scp-idea#post-5175743) as well as posting placeholders that they don't edit over (http://scp-wiki.wikidot.com/forum/t-14436834/seeking-greenlight-the-boy-who-ate-spirits#post-5175704) which is something that they've done since March of last year (http://scp-wiki.wikidot.com/forum/t-14021003/teddy-bear#post-4920848 http://scp-wiki.wikidot.com/forum/t-14021275/the-pocket#post-4920847 http://scp-wiki.wikidot.com/forum/t-14005256/concept:infinite-pocket-coat#post-4920846 and more). They've also been pestering the current listed mentor for Flights, asking repeatedly for the same information and personalized feedback on their reviews.
While I'm inclined to chalk this up to behavior from a younger individual who just doesn't know better, I am a little iffy on their current wikidot "about" information, which is "If you ever need a critique feel free to pm me, I am by no means a butterfly squad member, but I will try my best! PS: If it is simply advice or a shoulder to cry on your looking for, my pms are open".
Keep an eye on.
