Creation of a New Tagging Workbench

Heya everyone,
Tagging, with the agreement of Navigation and Tech, is planning to remove the "Untagged Pages" list from the Lowest Rated Pages feed, and instead moving it to a new, designated tag-team workbench. This would be done to both free up space on said page and to make tagging's workflow more streamlined and uniform. This new workbench would replace existing one and move it to "workbench:tags-advanced."
Since this is an edit to existing pages and the creation of a new formalized workbench, we are passing it by o5 and the mainsite to see if there are serious concerns about this move.
