**SPECIAL CONTAINMENT PROCEDURES:** [[footnote]]Cernunnos-Class anomalies are anomalies that can be functionally contained, but the Foundation cannot achieve this for logistical and/or ethical reasons.[[/footnote]] As proper, complete containment of SCP-6232 requires the use of mass incarceration of affected individuals, and extensive application of Class-A amnestics, containment of SCP-6232 has been suspended indefinitely.
As SCP-6232 typically affects individuals experiencing trauma and emotional instability, containment specialists assigned to SCP-6232 have noted that witnesses regard SCP-6232 as a hallucination or an extended period of delirium. As such, the Overseer Council has ruled that SCP-6232 does not require active containment.
**DESCRIPTION:** SCP-6232 is a Class-III Spectral Entity[[footnote]]Designates a spectral entity that is capable of physically interacting with living individuals.[[/footnote]], approximately 2 meters in height and usually resembles an adult human male wearing a simple dark-blue button-up coat with a grey fedora hat, which obscures its face.
SCP-6232 usually manifests near an individual who is currently experiencing significant emotional turmoil, especially to individuals who are currently alone and are either thinking of and/or trying to attempt suicide. SCP-6232 will then proceed to hug the individual tightly for about 10 to 15 seconds before finally letting them go. SCP-6232 will then produce a laminated card from its persons and handing it to the individual. SCP-6232 will then tip its hat forward before demanifesting.
The cards produced by SCP-6232 usually reads:
[[div class="lightbox"]]
[[=]]
Even if everybody avoided you, I didn't.
Even if nobody hugged you, I did.
Even if everybody hates you, I don't.
Even if nobody loves you, I do.

**ADDENDUM:** Incident Log 6232-353
SCP-6232 was reported to be seen manifesting at █████ ███████ National Cemetery. It was found leaning over a tombstone before demanifesting again.
Inscription on the tombstone reads:
[[=]]
[[div style="background: gray; padding: 1px 15px; border: solid 3px lightgray; margin: 10px; border-radius: 30px 15px;"]]
Here lies an evil sinner,
Who took his life way too sooner.

[[/div]]
Investigations made by the Department of Spectral Phenomena revealed that the tombstone belongs to an unknown individual who died by jumping off the █████ ███████ Bridge.
However, law enforcement agencies were never able to locate the unknown individual's body.

At no point did the author provide proper attribution to the original article, making this a pretty closed case for plagiarism.
As the article is on its way to deletion, I am not opposed to holding to allow the author to make proper attribution, and allowing them an official disc warning.
That said, we historically take these kinds of infractions seriously on the SCP Wiki, and am not opposed to a short ban of one week as a time for the author to reflect on what exactly they have done wrong here.
