New user DrAngelStella (Wikidot user 43 days ago) recently posted the same article 5 times out of bounds. They had been PMed twice about this after the first and second summary. After it became clear that they were either not reading their messages or were not able to access those messages, staff decided to not immediately summary the fourth posting and left it up for 30 minutes, along with a discussion post explaining why their article was being summaried in the discussions. After the fifth summary, Stormbreath emergency revoked.
