The following commentary is ported directly from the original roster thread:
Modulum is a capable leader in the SCPD server and has helped regulate discussion, and is trusted by many staff members. Elenee is a friendly face in the wider community and I have seen her engage in many good faith conversations across a wide variety of communities. I made this thread or something. OptimisticLucio is a responsible member of staff who has engaged with the community in both a diplomatic and positive way on numerous occasions where it wasn't necessary for him to involve himself (but did so anyways to help out), and his foreign timezone is particularly useful for late-night conversations. HarryBlank is also awake at later times, and is a trusted and well-respected member of the community. Prometheus is newly-appointed Operational Staff who is excellent at handling grunt work while pacing themselves to avoid burnout.
Of the non-staff users recommended, J Dune is a Junior Mod in SCPD and has engaged in good faith numerous times with staff, has helped promote a positive environment for communication, and has been very useful in helping mend staff relations, making him a very popular pick. Pedagon has been active in many circles advocating for staff change and has proposed numerous methods for helping mend relations; additionally, they are understanding of staff bureaucracy and needs. Plague is similar to Dune in personality and position, as he is also a Junior Mod on SCPD and has also helped with the process of improving relations. GremlinGroup (more commonly referred to as "Greebo") is a positive and friendly person, having been caring and understanding in many interactions, while also understanding their own limits (as they originally declined the position until learning more of the conditions they'd operate in).
In addition to the individuals listed in the commentary above, three new staff members have been added to the roster: gee0765, OCuin, and LilyFlower. Gee and Ocuin have both demonstrated excellent policy authoring skills in their help with this proposal, and they are committed to improving staff and the wiki at large. Lily is level headed, listens to concerns, and has been very present in community spaces, possibly the most present out of all other members of Disciplinary and AHT.
