Voting Thread - Art Restructuring Proposal

Hey everyone. So, it's been a week since the policy proposal for the Art Restructuring has been posted, so it's time for the appropriate voting thread.

To make a very quick summary of the proposal to those who forgot: Artists would now be allowed to post their art into individual pages with appropriate tags, rating modules, deletion thresholds and so on.
(There's a lot I'm skipping over so please read the original proposal if you haven't already.)

Please vote Yes or No on the following question: Should the way art is handled on the wiki be restructured as outlined in the linked thread above?

28 votes pass the quorum of 26 members voting.

With 19 votes in favor, 7 abstains, and 2 no's, the proposal passes and will begin to be put into fruition.

In addition to my vote, I would like to commend the creators of this initiative for the way they went about this. Reaching out to the artists in relation to this was the correct way to form this proposal. I would have liked to see a proposal like this go more through community outreach channels, but I admittedly hold some of the blame on that front for this one.

Abstaining. I feel the proposal doesn't manage to provide enough on exactly how this will be handled and simply relies upon future actions and so cannot in good faith vote yes, but I'm also not against this per se.

All this does is add an extra thing people can do. It doesn't remove anything - you can still post normal art pages if it passes. I see no reason to oppose it.

Broadly my concerns from the earlier thread stand — I think this is a fine start but I think enacting it now is a bad idea without a way to make it easier for folk to find these art pages.
