If other reviewers are encountering the same behavior, please let me know. I don't think any staff action is needed solely based on their interactions thus far. However, if they are repeatedly being told the same information regarding the guidelines, we may need to more firmly encourage that they take some time for self-study and reading rather than just repeatedly messaging reviewers for the basics.
