If you aren't a staff member or at least a "guru", I don't think you can give greenlights.
The greenlight was given by a JS member on MAST.
This is not the first time the user has been addressed by staff for a problematic forum post/posted overly authoritative feedback: http://scp-wiki.wikidot.com/forum/t-13989364/scp-idea-parental-advice-seeking-greenlight#post-4883114
Sheesh. Alright, let's start by addressing the elephant in the room. It's almost a direct copy of SCP-343. I can tell you didn't put that much effort into this concept. The only real differentiating factor I can see here is that this SCP's advice causes various mental and neurological health issues. This SCP also has no physical description. What does it look like? Is it just a piece of paper with advice written on it? This SCP is about as juicy as a tumbleweed in a desert on a hot, dry summer day.

I think it's a pretty good concept, but it has no real narrative whatsoever. It's just "ice age place go brr heehee". I think if you added an actual narrative like personnel going and exploring there, maybe it would be a better concept but right now it's just kind of empty.
Okay, yeah. I like this concept a lot. I think you could go a lot of different ways with it and still have it be a great article. I look forward to reading this article. Good Luck!
Keep an eye on. I recommend a C&D on next infraction, and move to revoke/ban if the behavior continues.
