User Silas Orion posted an article currently in deletion. Quadruple posted in response to crit, including a response that is just on the edge of politeness. Since the article will be deleted soon, making a note of it here. I staff posted to inform them not to quad post.

There are several reasons that I personally downvoted.

Personally I have never been a fan of the multiple ratings for an object class to start. But I continued onwards until I finished the Special Containment Procedures.

I think that the use of parentheses and the text therein is quite distracting. The tone doesn't really match what I expect from an SCP. There are also inconsistencies about the instructions such as:

it is to be fed one D-Class cadaver every sixteen days

This is then followed just a few sentences later by:

any and all interaction with SCP-5157 has been prohibited. This includes physical and verbal interaction.

I never exactly stated that HUMAN BEINGS deposited food. Also the fact that you didn't even bother to read the rest of the article is quite ridiculous. Basically you just told me: "I ignored all descriptive and creative paragraphs you wrote and instead made a downvote based on one small inconsistency. Bad scp all because of a small error in the Containment Procedures. Also it' not exactly the tone i want it to be."

First off, thanks for the advice, second off, i am very new to this so I am still pretty bad. :)

How do I give it the nickname/title like for example, SCP-173 "The sculpture?" I don't know where else I would type it.

I have had a really interesting idea for an SCP, but it keeps getting downvotes and quickly, and I'm not 100% sure why. I read the how to write an SCP guide and followed pretty much everything in the guide. Please tell me what I am doing wrong so I can fix it.

But I see that you have downvoted it, and I'm not sure if it is because I violated rules or if you genuinely didn't like my article. If you didn't like my article it would be nice for some feedback so I can make it better.
