Disciplinary - Duganist
Duganist has amassed quite a record in their short history with the site as documented in their non-disc record: http://05command.wikidot.com/forum/t-13894784
This history involves in excess of 15 episodes of providing low-quality or negative value critique, necroposting, using other people's threads to promote their own thread, coldposts, and off-site bitching about the "downvote police". A lot of this behavior has continued despite staffposts and even a staff PM.
At this point, I think it has escalated beyond simple "doesn't get it" and has migrated into the realm of "I know you have rules, I simply don't think they apply to me".
Recommending a revoke + short ban.
