In review of the relevant documentation, the writing style and material covered has called into question the veracity of their claim to be of the appropriate age required for users of the SCP-wiki.
It is possible that this user is simply unfamiliar with the writing standards expected here, or is simply engaging in a more simplistic writing style for drafting the idea itself. However, the context is such that I am leaning more towards them being indistinguishable from underage.
As such, I am recommending a revoke.
