Noting that an application was received from And_Im_British, who has two sandboxes, one of which has identical content to a sandbox created by he_aint_know. Two of the the sandbox creation times seem to be around the same time as the creation of the second account. The second account also applied to the mainsite, and the personal information provided was identical.

I've declined the application and messaged both accounts to confirm if it is one person with two accounts.
