Jeremy demand (W: 22 days | S: 1 day) posted two coldposts (http://www.scpwiki.com/scp-5390 & http://www.scpwiki.com/scp-5870) that appeared to be unfinished work containing direct copy-paste elements from the suggested template:

Both of these coldposts passed the voting threshold for summary deletion and are awaiting summary deletion at the time of this post.
Additionally, the user repeatedly added tags to these articles, then re-added them after staff removed them. This practiced continued, as they removed the "in-deletion" tag at least twice from 5870.
It is clear to me that the user in question did not, in fact, take the time to review our policies and guidelines. Their flailing about on the site has necessitated multiple interventions by staff, and it is highly likely that they will continue to do so. As such, I am calling for a revoke to give them the time to review and reflect upon the guides before they continue to flail about and generate more staff work.
