Noting that
NoobGyver, account age 15 hours, not a site member yet, copy-pasted the entirety of another author's SCP article to the following sandbox, approximately 3 hours before the page was deleted per standard procedure: http://scp-sandbox-3.wikidot.com/the-worst-rated-scp-now-deleted
Excerpt from sandbox content:
Item #: SCP-5484
Object Class: Euclid
Special containment procedures: SCP-5484 Must be kept in a dry concrete cell at all times, if speaking with someone, SCP-5484 is to be restrained by tungsten steel handcuffs and shackles. The person speaking with SCP-5484 is to be fully clothed around all parts of the body, as to not accidentally touch the creature with any part of your body that may have something as little as a sweat drop on SCP-5484.
Description: Origin of SCP-5484 is unknown. Exposing moisture to SCP-5484 will change his appearance from having average hazel eyes to a glossy black around the whole eyeball. SCP-5484 Will also begin to start emitting some sort of liquid from its arms, from the forearm to fingertips. This liquid is reminiscent of acid in properties with the consistency of maple syrup. When applied to humans, however, it thins their skin, originating from the skin on skin contact point quickly spreading throughout the body to where every piece of skin on the victim’s body is 1 layer thick. SCP-5484 Is reminiscent of a faun, with pale skin, large, straight, pointed goat horns, bald head, mouth melted shut (by an outside source, not natural), a muscular body, muscular arms with three pointed fingers (the tips seem to be naturally black nails), and muscular goat legs. SCP-5484 Can only communicate through some sort of telepathy only gained via direct eye contact, but once in contact the subject seems to be unable to look away until SCP-5484 lets them. SCP-5484's moisture state will calm down 2 hours and 30 minutes after any drop of liquid has touched it.

The sandbox page in question has been summarily deleted, and the user PMed. Screenshots are available upon request. For now, their current site application has been declined pending their response to the message. Given that this seems like typical "I saw this low-rated piece and want to preserve it for lolz" rather than an attempt at plagiarism, I'm willing to hold off on a ban for the time being.
ETA: as of 08/07, accepted to mainsite. Keep an eye on.
