User Dr Seers has posted their un-greenlit draft to the Drafts Critique forum (http://www.scpwiki.com/forum/t-13618279/time-travel-computer#post-4738597) again. This is the third time this has happened, and each time they've been told by some member of staff to get their ideas greenlit first.

This is the first time in several months, but I'm a Bayesian at heart, so making a note of it here.

If this happens again, I will call for a revoke. It is becoming clear that they're not actually reading any of the rules, no matter how often they're told.
