Putting this up for records-keeping. For about a week, a Mr Mouth has been sending me PMs trying to figure out the application process:

Hey so, ive applied 3 or 4 times now and every time i get declined, i dont know why, im typing the passcode correctly, i dont see what would be wrong with my name or my pfp, im old enough, i dont know why i keep getting declined

My reaction is completely justified, especially since ive attempted applying about 15 times now, and about 3 or 4 of my applications met the specifications, and yet i still got denied every time, and through reading multiple threads online, its seems like more than enough people have had the same problems and reactions

Given the current chain of conversation, I admittedly find this difficult to believe. You twice did not read the section of the Join the Site page I pointed to you to. Furthermore, you have been sending me messages for almost a week.

Part of the reason the application process is the way it is is to prevent underage individuals from joining the site, as well as individuals who try to obtain the passcode by asking someone on offsite locations to find it for them. Joining while underage and attempting to skip the required reading in the application process have both been grounds for a ban from the site.

Hundreds of new members join the site each week without much trouble. If you are insistent on being a site member and contributing positively, please just read the required material and guidelines more carefully from now on.

Given that they were direct to and seemed to fail to read the section of the Join the Site page as prompted, after having at least 5 application rejections, I'm wondering if they're actually the age that they state they are. At any rate, I am not entirely convinced that they would be a positive addition to the site.

Should they make it to the mainsite, keep an eye on.
