Special Containment Procedures: SCP-5074 is to be contained by detaining of SCP-5074-1 the implantation of a tracking device. The individual generally corporates with Foundation personnel and is free to interact with various Foundation staff on good behavior.

Description:SCP-5074 is a universal remote control which when used, allows the user to experience their life through a television selection screen, allowing them to pause, mute, and fast-forward and other various actions.
SCP-5074 appears to learn the pattern behind the user's actions, eventually autonomously performing those actions without user input. During this period, SCP-5074 is unable to leave the hands of the user. This period continues until eventual death by the user at which they are returned to the period where the user received SCP-5074, after which it disappears.

SCP-5074 is distributed by SCP-5074-1 who refers to themselves as “Morty”. This individual can be found at various Bed Bath & Beyond locations. There have only been various sightings and more about SCP-5074-1 is yet to be confirmed.

Incident-5074: At 1:30 on ██/██/200█ a human male came into contact with SCP-5074, using it to perform actions such as “fast-forwarding” mundane actions and “muting” irritating sounds, eventually leading to the user’s death. Upon this, the human male returned to the period immediately after they came into contact with SCP-5074 No further effects on the human male have been noted.

Additional Notes: Further research into SCP-5074 and SCP-5074-1 is needed.

This feels more like "I wrote the thing from Click as an SCP" than "the thing from Click is my own work" and I'm not sure where that falls on our plagiarism scale.
