Skyshadow1113 currently has two posts in the entirety of their forum activity, both on low-rated articles:

Of note, SCP-5063 is a coldpost from the user. It is currently at a negative rating.

They've been addressed by staff. I dropped an official warning on the second post. Revoke on next infraction.

Dude I didn't read anything about SCP-579. I came up the idea by seeing so many [ACCESS DENIED] in the web. If you said my SCP is like SCP-579, Then check SCP-689. Is just like the mix of SCP-096 and SCP-173.
And I seen some SCP files is worse than this and it still get high ratings. SCP-2165? WHAT THE HECK IS THIS SCP? IS EVEN WORSE!
If you have any ideas, just edit this SCP to make it more interesting. Action speak louder than words, bro.

EDIT: Cerastes messaged me in chat after I dropped my staff post on this reply saying that they were in the middle of creating their reply and did not see the closed staff post. I let them know that they may clear their post if they like.

Then what about SCP-3999? That SCP looks strange, I mean, can you even call that a SCP?

Also, given that their earlier coldpost was literally just Sans from Undertale (summary deletion for plagiarism here: http://www.scp-wiki.net/forum/t-13315185#post-4660492) I suspect that this is a troll.

I've emergency banned. They can appeal if they really want to be let back into the site.

ETA: also, they have an unauthorized edit on someone else's recently posted article. (They removed "archived" from the containment procedures heading.)
