User Syntaq (Wikidot: 73 days, scp-wiki: 68 days) coldposted a sirenhead SCP article today in SCP-5116. Excerpt follows:

Description: SCP-5116 is a tall, thin, desiccated, dehydrated, humanoid figure with mummified skin and dual sirens on its head. SCP-5116's sirens have the ability to release various sounds out of them, such as conversations, white noises, and extremely loud sounds which can affect ears. SCP-5116 has the ability to transforming-changing it's appearance, in order to fit in with the world, or sub-species of SCP-5116 are existing. The only metallic piece of SCP-5116 is the sirens on its head. While it's body is made out of organic veins, wizened old skin, and wires, which are spiraled on its torso and neck.

You will have to receive two greenlights for your idea from two experienced reviewers in the former forum before posting to the latter.
