Noting that this user came in asking about their ban this evening. I was uncertain of the status and asked them to return at another time.
Per MalyceGraves the ban is permanent. Worth noting that they mentioned another account they own,
Charon-5.
User came again and appealed, which was taken by Lily. Log follows:

12:47 Additionally, plenty banned users like the site. It doesn't mean we automatically let them back.
