So, today a user provided operators logs of a private conversation where the user Unassuming confessed to having had a previous account and recounted an extensive and very specific disciplinary history. Legwork on the part of our current hops traced it to Charles Alweiz¹

As user had repeatedly used #thecritters under Unassuming, user was provisionally banned for ban evasion with a request to explain themselves in 17. User confessed, and made a cloying and pathetic attempt for sympathy:

Noting that due to their behavior ex post facto these events, it has been decided that they will never be allowed a chat appeal. The ban has thus been expanded to include #site17.
