Stefanfedora has reposted a duplicate of a single bad article twice. RockTeethMothEyes deleted the first duplicate and I deleted the second. Both were witnessed by cybersqyd.

I sent the user a warning PM:

Greetings Stefanfedora,

This is a warning from SCP Wiki Staff. You have posted SCP-5154-J and then reposted it twice, without any edits, presumably to give the article a fresh start after it was repeatedly downvoted. This is prohibited by our Site Rules. Continuing to repost an article without edits in order to clear downvotes will result in further disciplinary action, including but not limited to membership revocation.

I have not done in for downvotes but I have done it because I didn't know how to make SCP's.

That is not an excuse. Re-read the Site Rules and the Guide for Newbies you were expected to read and understand as a condition of joining the site.
