I've only found this historic context of December 2018 so a year and a quarter ago or so. After some SSSC discussion, I would like for this to be re-opened as there has been renewed expression of interest in the summary deletion of works that reach a particular threshold, which has been speculated to be -20 or -25. The exact proposed wording would be that works below a certain threshold will be subject to summary deletion, which is the process of a moderator removing an article with witness of any appropriate staff member.
EDIT: The reason why this discussion was revived was that, with the increased volume, staff feel that it may now be inceasingly important to minimize processes.
EDITx2: The discussion is limited to operational staff and above, as these involve the duties purely for operational staff or above.
