New site member Matmon does not match any existing user name (account age 20 days, site membership 1 day) has exhibited a lot of behaviors indicating that they don't quite understand how the writing process on the site works:

After posting an ideas thread, posted a draft thread with [NOT GREENLIGHTED] in the summary: http://www.scp-wiki.net/forum/t-12636041/tracker-chimera and apparently "originally misread the instructions". When called out by staff, they linked to the ideas thread, stating "if you want to help greenlight me".

Then they posted some low-content feedback:

This one sounds like it could be fun. But I confused as to whether or not this is a dream world or an actually dimension that comes into existance due to your dream.

Might take some time but I think it have the potential to be a good addition. However It seems like containing this SCP would be difficult. I would also suggest fleshing out the women's personality

Of note, in the most recent comment they originally had the text "Might take some time but I think it have the potential to be a good addition. Check out my post if you have a chance" but they edited over it.

I've sent them the usual "please be more conscientious" PM. Of note, before I sent that out, they sent me a PM titled "please green light", consisting solely of the text:

Which is… kind of rude, but I believe it's more cluelessness than malice. Anyway, keep an eye on. Reviewers, if you notice that this user has been spamming greenlight requests via PM, blacklist them.

I gave critique for a concept on this thread, to which Matmon replied,

"Thank you, but I what I think will help me the most is if you send me links you did green light"

I interpreted this as him asking for a greenlight instead of links so I pm them to clarify what they meant by this and received:

I would like a link to a proposal that you did approve of. Also I redid mine

So it turned out they were just looking for other concepts that were greenlit to compare with their own. Obviously, this could have been made clearer and doesn't justify the previous rude behavior but I thought I should make note of it.

They came into chat under the nick "bumblebeeman" and started sassing critters and chatstaff, leading to a 24 hour ban from 19 and critters (chat thread here: http://05command.wikidot.com/forum/t-12653400/bumblebeeman).

A few minutes later, I got the following Wikidot PM from them:

I appreciate the read.

However, I will not be reviewing that idea, as my colleagues have sufficiently addressed the concerns that I have with the idea, and, as was pointed out during your little outburst in chat, you haven't edited the idea in any significant manner to address those criticisms. My crit would add nothing to the discussion.

Furthermore, given your sarcastic, rude, and thankless response to crit in chat, I am not keen on working with you.

So, I’ll note as a TL;DR that I was the one who kicked them from thecritters.

Another relevant note, me and DrAkimoto had uploaded a new SCP, SCP-4542 earlier in the day.

Last night I received a PM titled “I believe we got off on the wrong foot”. The contents were the text, “4542”, and a google drive link.

The following file was in the link:

It appears they are attempting to win my favor by creating fan content of one of my SCPs.

Yeah, nah.

I think this person is almost certainly a troll and that we probably don't need to waste more time on proving it.

Whether someone is a troll is based on their behaviour, intent is secondary.
