This is all done within 24 hours. Not disc, but I'm recommending just skipping the revoke stage and going straight to bans.

I'm voting for a yearlong ban. The vandalism is minor and doesn't call for a perma IMO but the user is very clearly underage and I very much doubt a ban of any shorter length will get them to shape up into a somewhat tolerable site member. They clearly need some more time to grow up.

Yearlong sounds fine. If they cannot convincingly convey the maturity of a 15-year-old, they don't need to be here.
