Okay, just for the record, you know you can explain the age limit before you kick, right? Unless there's a separate log of a conversation later? Because just from this, the kid has no idea what the hell just happened or — more importantly — when he can come back.

What Pig_catapult said. (Also, Eskobar.) Before they're booted, they need to know why they're being banned and that they can come back when old enough.

With the concurrence of other ops in staffchat, appeal accepted. His ban wasn't terribly well-executed, the terms of his return weren't explained very well, his story of when he turned 15 makes logical enough sense, and he phrased it well enough. Keep a general eye on, but ban lifted.
